please note that the entire historic centre of Florence is absolutely closed for private car traffic day and night. if you anyway want to stay in the historic centre and arrive by car you absolutely need to park the car in a public garage or parking area or leave it in an approx 2 miles distance from the accommodation as no parking is allowed in the historic centre without a special permission you cannot get.
